I have launched my first practice which has been a learning experience for me. I am figuring out the do’s and don’t’s of running a business. I am in the process of receiving my credentialing with insurance providers. This is a soft launch of the website and business as I am self-pay only at this time, but this will soon change.

I am looking for community events to introduce myself, to stop by for a word of encouragement, and to share a bit about my story.

I have been a therapist for many years. I have worked with various populations including but not limited to incarcerated adults, children, adolescents, families and adults. I specialize in trauma, mood disordes, depression, anxiety, ADHD, suicidal thoughts, and grief.

I have an appoarch to therapy that starts with the client is the expert on their life and lived experiences. Each person has inherent worth and value as a human being. Every stoy deserves to be told and heard.
